Unless you’re just writing for the writing and don’t care about readers or growing, you want to build your site and possibly make some side income from it. PR is important!
Harper’s plan to cut Canada’s Old Age Security (OAS) program on Financial God. I get peeved every time I see the CPP deductions coming from my paycheque. I don’t agree with the current payout amounts for people with incomes above $50-60k.

The Best Tips for Automating your Finances on Not Made of Money. Having a portion of my finances automated has been a huge help in getting ahead financially. My mortgage, home, auto and health insurance as well as my RSP contribution all come out my one and only checking account. All I have to do is make sure there is enough cash in my checking account to cover it all. I have the transactions schedules in my favourite budgeting program; YNAB so I always know what’s coming up. Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I missed a bill! Soon I will also have my utilities direct withdrawn!
